Into the Woods and out of the woods. And home before dark.

Spent the day with mrdreamjeans, handlebear, lowfatmuffin and double_ohsteven. Before heading out to Muir Woods, Neil sang "On The Streets Of Dublin" from "A Musical Man of No Importance." Neil's voice is amazing.

Got to Muir Woods and hiked around for a couple hours. The weather was perfect. It was first trip to Muir Woods. It was just so peaceful. We saw a faun fawn and her mother, then later saw a buck.

Afterwards, we headed down to Stinson Beach. Didn't have much time, so we sat at a picnic table and enjoyed some sandwiches that Steve thought to have me pack.

Headed back to the City and had some great views coming back into town. Yes, dr_scott, I love my City! :-)

We dropped off Neil in the Haight. He is staying in a house just a couple doors down from where the members of Jefferson Airplane used to stay (according to my recent book purchase). Came home and vegged for about 45 minutes before delivering the Muffin Man to Jack & Steve's.

Tonight I'm off to do some C1 square dancing in Pleasant Hill. It's gonna be warm, but at least the caller is the ever-fun Anne Uebelacker.
