Some women

I was in a training class for work this morning. Part of the training was a video on the "med-sled," a device used for pushing evacuating people down stairways. The narrator said "some women have said that they've had difficulty with the initial inertia."

Some women? I guess my English 1A inner woman kicked in. This video is probably not even a year old. And, yeah, I mentioned that the company should pursue gender-neutral language.

All work and no play

I was planning to go to BOSF game night this evening, but I've got way too much homework. My History class is obsessed with the past, and they just need to get over it.
