Wednesday C1 square dancing
Jan. 29th, 2004 02:44 pmDuring the bi-weekly staff meeting yesterday afternoon, my boss used the phrase, "Cuz the future's not done, right?" B.
Instead of going to ECR last evening, I went to the Midnight Squares A2/C1 night at Mission Playground. On my way there, I ran into
xlgmeat. He looked great in a tie, but doesn't he always look great? Love Michael's smile.
We had about 13 people show up. Richard Tuck was the caller. I danced the C1 tips. Richard had some good call combinations. There were several calls that I had previously only learned on paper. I always get a kick out of dancing a call for the first time that I taught myself. I did okay with a few hiccups now and then. I'll just need more floortime. Actually, taking the C2 class is a great way for me to get C1 floortime. Taking the C1 class has given me lots of A2 floortime, and I can dance that smoothly now. MNS is combining their A2, C1, and C2 graduations in June. If I make it through the C2 class, I'll get to graduate A2/C1/C2 on the same day. I'm so odd.
Larry & Don gave me a ride home. Steve taped West Wing, but it was a repeat. I went to bed before 11pm and fell asleep pretty quickly for a change. I woke up this morning needing more sleep, though. It didn't help that my ears had become stopped up.

Date: 2004-01-30 12:39 am (UTC)The dancing steps are so interesting, it is often as if you are speaking in tongues ;-)
Or, they almost sound like enzymes in the complement system. C1/A2 and that protein-sounding talk ;-)
Be well, and I hope those ears get unplugged. Here is a secret to unplug your ears --- have someone hold your ears shut while you jack off a big load. Hahahaha.
See ya, Angus
