My knee is still store, but it's getting better. I hadn't planned on visiting any of the City's cathedrals this IBR weekend, but it's nice to know that I can still kneel if necessary. Getting back up is a different story, but there ya go.

getting back up is overrated...know kneeling is where all the fun begins...LOL
